Items are powerups picked up during a run from chests or bought from one of the NPCs for Powercells. They come in 4 categories: 40 Common, 34 Superior, 17 Fantastic and 24 Corrupted. The power of the effects rise from Common to Fantastic. Corrupted Items are very powerful but come with drawbacks, making them very high-risk high-reward choices.
